The offers shown in the table includes: Initial bed linen and towels, consumption of electricity, water, gas and heating, internal parking, Techogym gym, entry to the swimming pool, fiber Wi-Fi, final cleaning, free stay for children up to 2 years if they sleep with their parents.

USE OF THE APARTMENT

CHECK-IN from 4.00 pm to 9.00 pm – CHECK-OUT from 8.00 am to 10.00 am

With the booking, the customer undertakes to accept the Residence Regulations

The apartment must be left tidy, free of rubbish and the kitchenette perfectly clean and tidy. At the end of the stay, the state of the apartment and its equipment will be checked. (Penalty for kitchenette left dirty €40)

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The reservation will be considered valid and therefore confirmed only if accompanied by a confirmatory deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay to be paid either by credit card, calling the Residence and providing the card number and expiry date or to be sent via bank transfer Banking to:

As soon as the deposit has been credited, either by credit card or by bank transfer, the final confirmation of the reservation and the tax details of the payment will be sent to you.

1. The balance of the stay must be paid by the day of arrival, after having verified the cleanliness, functionality and amenities of the apartment.
2. In the event of a reduction in the booking period, due to late arrival or early departure, whatever the cause, no refunds will be granted
3. In case of cancellation of the stay, the deposit already paid will be refunded only if the cancellation is received 30 days before the start of the booking period, by registered mail.
4. The assignment of the apartments is made upon the customer’s arrival.
5. Any attraction of the customer will not be binding on the Management.
