USE OF THE APARTMENT

CHECK-IN from 16.00 to 21.00 – CHECK-OUT from 08.00 to 10.00

The apartment must be left tidy, free of trash and the kitchenette perfectly clean and tidy. At the end of the stay, the condition of the apartment and equipment will be checked. (Penalty for cooking corner left dirty € 40)

Mandatory stays (from 03/07 to 28/08) Saturday / Saturday or Sunday / Sunday according to availability

Long vacation: min 14 days stay 10% discount on the 2nd week (excl. Per. D E F)

CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION

The reservation will be considered valid and therefore confirmed only if accompanied by a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay to be sent by bank transfer to:

1. The balance of the stay must be made by the day of arrival, after verifying the cleanliness, functionality and equipment of the apartment.
2. In the event of a reduction in the booked period, due to delayed arrival or early departure, whatever the cause, no refunds will be granted
3. In case of cancellation of the stay, the deposit already paid will be refunded only if the cancellation is received 30 days before the start of the booked period, by registered mail.
4. The assignment of the apartments is carried out upon the client’s arrival.
5. Any customer preference will not be binding on the Management.
