GENERAL REGULATIONS
Entry is strictly prohibited to persons not identified on the notification forms, whose names have not been communicated to the Public Security authorities, without prior authorization from Management.
Unidentified persons entering the residence after 11:00 PM will be reported to the authorities. Please note that the residence is under video surveillance for the purpose of monitoring and preventing criminal acts.
Waste must be disposed of separately in the designated bins, respecting the container classification. Please contact the reception desk for instructions on waste disposal rules.
Respect silence during rest hours (from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
The playground is open to children under 12 with parental supervision. The playground is open from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Pets must always be admitted in advance by the Residence management. If admitted, they must be kept on a leash and must be taken outside the fenced area of the residence to do their business.
For hygiene reasons, feeding dogs and cats inside the residence is prohibited.
Each guest is responsible for the safekeeping of their belongings; the Management will not be held responsible for any theft or loss, or for damage caused by parked vehicles.
Parking inside the Residence is unattended and free of charge. Only one parking space is allowed per apartment, and it is not assigned. Park in the spaces marked by the white lines.
Supervise minors in the common areas of the residence, where playing football and riding bicycles are prohibited, and avoid causing noise.
It is forbidden to wash vehicles, use barbecues or grills, and have lunch or dinner in the common areas and under the porches.
Please respect the plants and common furniture.
POOL RULES
The pool is open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
EXTERNAL GUESTS: The entry of unregistered guests is at the sole discretion of Management and may incur an additional fee. Contact Management for any information.
OBLIGATIONS
Wear suitable, washable, plastic or wooden pool shoes.
Wash your slippers and feet in the shower provided before entering the pool area, respecting the mandatory passage.
Shower before entering the pool to maintain the hygiene and health of the pool water.
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who assumes responsibility for them.
Please dispose of waste in the designated bins.
Respect the highest standards of pool water hygiene by not introducing anything that could contaminate the water.
PROHIBITED
Bringing and consuming personal food in the pool area (excluding the water) is prohibited.
Diving, running on the pool deck, pushing, or engaging in dangerous games that could cause injury to yourself or other pool guests is prohibited.
Bathing with wounds, bandages, fungal infections, or other diseases that can be transmitted through the water to other pool users.
Playing ball games or engaging in noisy games that could disturb other pool users.
Using shower gel and shampoo in the pool’s outdoor showers.
Using lilos, inflatables, and other bulky toys.
Smoking in the pool water and smoking on the pool deck without using an ashtray.
Occupying lounge chairs with personal items when not in the pool area; our staff will remove them if necessary.
Introducing animals of any size or species.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS AND PROHIBITIONS WILL RESULT IN ASKED TO LEAVE THE POOL.
APARTMENT RULES
UPON CHECK-OUT: (mandatory by 10:00 am) leave the apartments tidy and clear them of any items brought inside, including food, drinks, and garbage. Return the air conditioning remote control to reception.
GARBAGE: Separate waste by placing it in the appropriate bins in non-black bags. UNSORTED WASTE COLLECTION IS PROHIBITED. Violators will pay a FINE OF 100 EURO for each incorrect disposal. (N.B. Guests are advised that surveillance and security cameras are always in use.)
SHOWERS: Upon returning from the beach, use the pool showers to remove sand to avoid clogging the apartment shower drains.
AIR CONDITIONING: AIR CONDITIONING IS PROHIBITED FROM LEAVING THEM ON when no one is present in the apartment. Use them sparingly to avoid wasting energy.
AWNINGS: Close the external awnings on windy days to avoid damage.
PARKING: Park only in the spaces marked with white lines.
FURNITURE: Do not move furniture around the apartments; return the table.
